A leader in the field since 1905, NMH Summer’s English-Language Immersion program has welcomed students from over 130 countries for an unforgettable summer of growth, exploration, and friendship. Our proven four-week, mastery-based curriculum is designed for middle and high school students.

Immersive mornings are spent reading novels, writing original stories, and engaging in lively, student-led class discussions.
Inclusive afternoons bring the full student body together—ELI and Summer Scholars students—for your choice of electives, competitive sports, and campus-wide activities.
Authentic experiences take you beyond the classroom to order at local restaurants, visit art museums in nearby cities, and explore historic Old Sturbridge Village.
