NMH Summer Special Events
Festival Of Nations
One of the highlights of NMH Summer, the Festival of Nations celebrates the many cultures our students call home. Students in the English-Language Immersion program (and others if interested) share a traditional dish, piece of art, or activity from their home country for the entire NMH Summer community to enjoy.
Mid-Summer Dance and End of Summer Dance
Dress up and celebrate with music, dancing, and (of course) snacks!
Talent Show and Mentalist
Another NMH Summer favorite, the annual talent show features performances by students, fellows, and faculty —from stand-up comedy to vocal performances, student-choreographed dances to audience-participation challenges. After the talent show, we welcome an incredible mentalist to wow everyone.
End of Summer Showcase
Students from our Performing Arts Intensive and afternoon performing arts electives come together to showcase what they’ve been working on all summer. Before the show, audience members walk through the art showcase, full of creations from our visual arts and makerspace electives.
College Fair
At NMH Summer’s annual college fair, students can explore, ask questions, and make connections with admission staff from more than 25 colleges and universities. Our teaching fellows, many of whom are college students, also share with students about their schools.
